How
much is shipping and handling?
|
We offer three choices on shipping and
handling. Arranged from fastest to slowest, they are Express,
airmail and ground (surface) mail. We recommend Express
as your order is usually of high value. Express parcel can
be tracked and it is more secure. Here are the rates for
different shipping options.

We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS card through
Iescrow (Tradenable) or Paypal. In the Iescrow (Tradenable)
transaction, money will not change hands until you receive
order. Hence, you have better protection. It also saves

USD 500.

Foreign Bank Draft payment and International Money Order
You can obtain such service from your local bank.
Once your order is confirmed, bank details will be given
to you. Paying by Foreign Bank Draft or International Money
Order does slow down your order somewhat, as we do not ship
the items to you until your funds clear. Please note
that issuing a Foreign Bank Draft usually incurs a service
fee charged by your bank. We do not accept money order,
bank cheque nor personal cheque.
We
do NOT accept:
1. Travellers Cheque (Check).
2. Cash by mail.

will my order arrive?

delivery time = Shipping time (depending on the shipping option

Is
it legal to import airsoft in my country?
|
|
The
best thing to do is to check with your local Customs.
The safest way is to get assurance from Customs, get a copy
of the relevant law section and send it to us. We offer
100% Guaranteed delivery against customs seizure. It applies
to most countries and most states in the US. For countries
or some US states where airsoft is prohibited, such Guaranteed
delivery does not apply. Additionally, when ordering
from DEN, you are considered the importer of record and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which
you are receiving the goods. Please note that shipment lost
due to courier's fault is not our responsibility.

How
much is the import duties and taxes?
|
|
You
may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once the package reaches your country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they are. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information.

Does
the product come with the original packaging and English instructions?
|
|
All
products come with the original packaging. All Mauri AEGs
come with English manuals. For other products, only
Japanese manuals are offered.
|

Does
our product comes with any Warranty or Guarantee?
|
Honestly,
we cannot provide guarantees to our airsoft as we are thousand
miles away. But we guarantee that each and every gun
we sold is in perfect working condition. Before shipment,
each gun is test fired to ensure it is fully operational.
We
do not offer refunds or exchanges.

There
is no definite answer for this question. As Ferrari might
be the best car for me but worst car for my Mum. Also,
we can't say Ferrari is better car compared with Porsche and
vice versa.

What
does your AEG include?
|
|
Each
Marui AEG will include one magazine, a loader, a cleaning
rod, BBs(200rds 0.25g) and a manual.
Battery and charger are NOT included.

How
come your Airsofts are much cheaper than our local retailer?
|
|
It
is because our listed price does not include any battery nor
charger. We are located in Hong Kong and therefore shipping
rates will normally be higher. Our price is still very competitive
after considering the total cost with shipping, the battery
and charger included.
